Everyday, Packt, a popular publisher of technical books, offers for free one of its published books. Since I found out over a year ago, I have acquired over 30 very useful books. In fact, most of my learning of R and Python for data analysis have been via those books.
Today, they are not just offering for free one book but nine. The usual one plus some eight others.

Oftentimes, the books cost over $30. It is a great way to save expenses without having to illegally acquire the books.
As an advice from an experienced user of that offer, bookmark the Packt free book site. In fact, I open it permanently on my computer, as I don't shut down my computer, so I just refresh that web page everyday to access the new book on offer each day.
