Track your progress with this Excel App: Be it dieting, regular exercise, forming a new habit or ...

I have just made another wonderful, easy-to-use and productivity boosting Excel application, and you can download it for free.

As you can see from the screenshot above, it's very easy to use and visually appealing.

Here's how it works.

Say in the month of October, you decided to get serious about doing daily exercises or dieting or building a new good habit or making a business call or pretty much anything.
At the end of the day or week, you can just open this Excel app and mark all the days you were faithful. And you'll see how you're faring in a very colorful sheet, and you can even print it out to have a colorful paper copy for record keeping.

In the screenshot above, the user decided to jog daily. And as you can see, he kept to that resolution and jogged everyday, from Oct 1 till Oct 13. Then he had to go for a business trip on Oct 14 and the whole rush made him skip jogging that day. But on Oct 15, he resumed his daily jogging.

And the best part is, I made it very easy to use. You simply click on the day you want to mark/tick, then click on the Mark button.

If you feel you've wrongly ticked a day, just click on that day and click on Un-mark.

I included the calendar for several months, and all nicely arranged and colored too.

You can download the Exercise Tracker App here.
